  No, you need an acid free pen so it doesnt show through.

  It depends on the paper used to print the pics. Regular, heavy-stock photo paper is fine.

  Make sure it says acid free and use a fine point, something like:

  Plus I hate using any kind of marker (even if it is acid free) because they still need time to dry before you stack them (at least the ones I have tried).
