We really haven't bought anything yet for baby, besides painting and getting the room ready... We will hopefully be registering in the next couple of weeks. Any bassinet recommendations?
Instead of a bassinet, we got the arm's reach mini co-sleeper. It connects to your bed and is supposed to be super helpful with breastfeeding. It's also a great size (our bedroom is pretty small).
We had been planning on using the "Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper" but for my shower we received a really nice cradle (like the one in the link below but in cherry) so we will just be using that instead. But yeah, I really like the co-sleepers.
We're using the PNP Bassinet for upstairs in our bedroom and the crib is downstairs (in baby's bedroom) for day-time. Also going to pick up a moses basket just to have something portable.
We're planning to get the Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper.
I also have an old school cradle my mom gave me (it was the one she used for me and my siblings), we'll keep that downstairs. It's beautiful, but not very practical for nursing.
We also got the Arm's Reach Mini Co-Sleeper. I liked that it fits right up next to the bed/attaches to the bed so I don't have to get up to get him at night.

This is what we're doing too, but I got the orginal sized sleeper not the mini.
- you can lift the bassinet part out of the holder, and carry baby up and down the stairs without waking them up.
- you can raise and lower the stand, which is great because our bed is super high. I will still be able to reach over and get LO without getting out of the bed.
-It has a changing table underneath
-It has music, a vibrating feature, and a nightlight
- It only cost $99 (but with my coupon it was much cheaper :-)

This! And it has a ton of storage underneath.
