DH is in for an asskicking

He's still in the shower. It's 1:25 and I have a growth u/s at 1:45...in a city at least 20 minutes away. I've done the math, I'm not happy.

Not to mention I'm a bit on the nervous side. This doesn't help.

    DH is late for everything. Just start telling him the appointment is 30 min before it really is like I do.

    I think I have to. Every appointment I've been to with him, we've been at least five minutes late, if not more.

    You sound just like me. Except instead of long showers, he seems to always feel the urge to go #2 and sit in the bathroom FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!! I discovered last time he was actually reading in there - we were 15 minutes late to the ultrasound!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guys can be suck d!cKs sometimes.

    ugh aren't they the best??

    my DH puts everything off until the last second. i ask him to organize a closet in the baby's room for me so we could paint the room (this was back over thanksgiving) and he did it an hour before my parents were coming to help paint. seriously... i asked him months beforehand to do it. and he waits until then. and all he did was shove the stuff in other places. gaaahhhh

    This. I tell dh what my real appointment time is, but then i'll tell him we have to check in 15 minutes beforehand. That way he doesn't think i'm up to no good if he finds out the actual time of the appointment Devil If I don't do this, we'll always be late. DH has awful time management skills.

    This!  I build a 30 minute buffer into anything I want to arrive at on time, unless he already knows what time we actually have to be there.
