How long should you wait to test if you didn't chart?

I took a break from charting this month  and just used OPK's as I was starting to get a bit stressed about it and thinking about getting pregnant all of the time. I can't remember what the guideline is for testing if you don't know exactly when you ovulated. Does anyone know? Thanks!

    I'd wait 18 days after your positive OPK.
