So it shot up today to 120/82. And then plummeted back down to 90/60. What the heck.

It wouldn't bug me if I didn't feel so crappy when this happened. At least its a lot less frequent now. I'm spending the day on the couch anyways though.

    I wonder why its all over the place.. I mean both of those numbers are within a normal range.. but usually its pretty steady from person to person.

    Sounds like you have orthostatic hypotension which can be common during pregnancy due to your circulatory system expanding so rapidly. (I had this too) Just use extra caution when getting up from lying down for prolonged periods of time.
