This weekend I stopped into Starbucks with two friends to get something warm. I'm not a caffeine person at all, but my friends are. The cashier looked at me, smiled and said "no coffee for you right". It was in the sweetest way and not like you can't have coffee way. He actually seemed excited that he knew this. I told him that some women do still consume coffee (as an FYI), but I'm just not a caffeine person. I explained the most I do is Tea and he asked if he could offer a suggestion.
He made sure it was something warm that I wanted and what flavors I liked. He told me he can give me a cup of milk with a mixer in it and will warm it up. After reading the flavors I opted for the peppermint spice or something like that. It was so yummy and I thought I would not like the warm milk. It also only cost me $1.75, which we all know is a low amount for a Starbuck's item. When I got my milk mixer he asked me if I liked it and said if I didn't he would make me another. The drink was so yummy and his customer service was excellant.
I know they get a lot of flack and thought I share my very nice guy. Anybody else have a wonderful customer service experience due to their pregnancy?
Re: AW: Starbuck's guy
What a good starbucks story
I work at Starbucks and I really like hearing these kind of stories.
This place we go to calls them "Cosmic Moos"
Is that what they are called? I was wondering how I was going to ask for it again the next time and now I know.
