hot flashes!

in 2nd Trimester
Anyone else experiencing this? I am in an air conditioned office (I live in California) and several times a day I get flushed, sweaty and hot even though all of my coworkers are freezing.  It is driving me nuts because I don't know what to wear to work anymore Sad

    Funny... I just had one!  I had to break out a stack of papers and use them as a fan during a conference call!

    Yep enjoying this new symptom for the first time today.  I look like I am really embarrassed about something cause my cheeks are bright red!

    Oh how i wish i had the problem of not knowing what to wear to work. lol i am AD Navy, and so i wear the same uniform everyday, and it is freakin toasty on a pre-preg day. i have a desk fan that is always on me, and when that doesn't work, i sit on an ice pack i keep in the freezer at work. lol THAT works wonders. lol

    That has happened to me a couple times now.  After the hot flash I usually am freezing though & it takes me forever to get warm again.  UGH!
