What are you getting Mom/MIL for Christmas?

I am having such a hard time thinking of something to get the Mom's.  I am just lost this year.  They really don't need anything or want anything.  I did make a photo calender of DS for each of them.

    We're getting MIL a high chair (she has three grandkids under 3 and no highchair) because she keeps saying she needs to get one. We're getting my mom a new family portrait. The most recent one she has was taken nearly 4 years ago at my wedding and she wants a new one with DS in it.

    I got my mom a digital photo frame and I will fill it with pics of LO and fam. She also wants Nicaderm CQ patches to help her quit smoking lol! Hey, I'm all for it :o)

    We are getting a family portrait for MIL of our family plus DH's brothers and our niece. Maybe a gift card too.

    MIL wants a new gold chain for her cross so that's probably what I'm going to get her if I can find one on sale. My mom.... no clue!

    we got my mom a VHS to DVD converter so she can convert all our home vids to DVD and she's been wanting one for awhile.  MIL is getting the Sookie Stackhouse series and a spa gift certificate (it's what she's *asked* for).

    We got MIL Schott Zwiesel Forte Tritan Crystal Wine/Water Goblets 

    We got my mom a purse with Emma's picture on it and some of her favorite perfume.

    I know I am racking my brain for something for MIL.

    I got my mom a bible cover because that is what she wanted.

    I have no idea what to do for MIL.

    photos and photo books. We have one year pro pics of DS1 and newborn pro pics of DS2, plus photo books of "DS1's first year" and "DS2's Birthday" 

    After all is said and done, just the copyrights for the photos, frames, and the books will probably be close to $100 each.

    We got MIL a new watch and a set from Bath and Body Works. My mom is getting a new pair of Isotoner slippers and I'm getting her and my dad a gift card for IHOP because they take DD there twice a month for breakfast on Saturday.
