Need a secret santa gift idea

My husband's family is doing a secret santa gift exchange this year. I drew my SIL's husband, and I have no clue what to get him.

I was thinking of something maybe a little weird or funny, but I'm drawing blanks on what exactly that should be. For his birthday I sent him this:

    I think I saw it posted on a blog somewhere. After going through the whole website I couldn't NOT get it for someone. BIL was just the lucky person whose birthday was coming up next :)
