Water

I know that I should drink lots of water all day long, but I don't like water.  I am forcing myself to drink it, but when I do it makes my stomach feel blah.  I also don't want to drink anything else either, eating and drinkin make me feel blah all the time.  I don't have to pee like every hour like a lot of you other mommies have posted and i'm starting to get worried.

  • Try flavoring water with lemon or a small amount of juice (like cranberry). It makes it easier to drink.

  • Any non-caffeinated liquids count, but remember you need to watch calories too so loading up on juice could catch up to you.

    I personally have a 12 oz ginger ale in the morning, followed by a lime perrier, and then just fill up the perrier glass bottle for the rest of the day (seems to taste better and keep the water colder than a plastic bottle).  I'll have a glass of milk at lunch or dinner.  I've never been a water drinker, but I'm forcing myself to do it for my baby and it's starting to grow on me.

  • i hate water too. ive always been a pepsi drinker. but now i force myself to go the water cooler a few times a day. and im pretty sure im still not getting enough Sad
