14 pounds 4 oz and 25 3/4 in long
Sam = 15lbs 4.5oz and 25 inches long
Jake = 14lbs .5oz and 24 inches long
Growing Up Olson
DD was 5m1d at her 4m appointment, so I don't know if my answer counts.
She was 13 1/2 lbs (25%) and 25 3/4" (75%).
We just had ours yesterday so it was a little late, but he went to the doc for a fever at exactly four months and was 14 lbs, 14 ounces.
He's now 15 lbs, 11 oz.

Mine was 11lbs 3.5oz and 241/4 inches at her appt yesterday. I know that it's hard but just keep doing whatever the pedi tells you. LO has never been sick and meeting all milestones so I try to focus on that!
My DS is a giant! 17.5 lbs(90th %ile) and 26 in(80th%ile) at his 4 month appt.
