A bill collector told me I need to borrow money from friends.

He said I need to "borrow money from friends or do whatever you need to do to make your account current". No sh!t sherlock, thanks for the advice!!

So, friends.. can I borrow some money? LOL

    OMG SAM IS ONE!??!?!?!?!  I cannot believe this!

    Oh and speaking as someone who works in collections, this is highly illegal and you CAN report them.  Tell them that next time they call.  No one wants to pay a horrible mean bill collector!  I'm so flexible with my cases and am having a record collection month.

    We had about $25k in medical debt. The things they would say were ridiculous. I had payment arrangements with a lot of them, but some would flat-out refuse anything but a full payment. I had one tell me they didn't care if my kids ate or not. I'm so glad that's all over.

    OMG that is so horrible.  I could never imagine saying that to anyone.  I hear some doozy stories lately too.  I feel so bad for people!!

    I would've had to come through the phone. I would have atleast threatened their life.

    oh, I am. I inherited a small fortune when my great uncle passed and now I just need to borrow your bank account information so I can transfer the money. for your help, you will get 10% of my small fortune.
