Totally geeky?

So, I'm thinking about making a fairytale book for Bella about her birth.  It'll read like a 'princess' tale, but it'll follow what happened when she was born (ie being taken to the NICU = getting 'wisked away to a far away land' and us having to 'rescue her').  I know its super cheesy, but I still want to make it for her.  I'm not sure I'll be able to finish it before Xmas but my question is, do you think she'll appreciate it when she's older?  Or is it just entirely too geeky?

    I totally wish my mom did that stuff for me.  Iplan on doing all cheesy stuff for the LOs ..... so go on and be as cheesy as ya can

     

     

    EDIT: I forgot to add Ihave thought about doing a "Journal" of rough times I have with them and how I got/get over them ... so they look back to it when they're parents. now I thought THAT was cheesy

    Not geeky at all. I think it's a beautiful idea. If my mom had done that for me when I was a baby, it would be something I would treasure for the rest of my life!

    Okay, good to know that I'm not THAT much of a loser. :P

    I'm not sure how much I like the idea just yet, but I want to use her actual pictures for the book...most of them will be made to look like they were painted or drawn (I <3 Paint shop pro) but I think this is going to be the 'cover' pic...
