You know, I honestly don't think it's that big of a deal. I mean yeah, a little weird and not really something I can see myself doing but...I wouldn't say it necessarily makes the person crazy.
If I knew who it was I would suggest to them that they wait it out for a little longer before they go and change the name. With both of my children it took awhile for me to feel like they "fit" their names. Now I can't imagine Leo as anything else. With Charlie it still feels kind of weird
