BotB - just some thoughts

I was up late last night crying with my husband over Jillian's early arrival.  My husband and I said a prayer for GC and her family, and then he asked me why these "internet strangers" had gotten me so emotional.  I had to think about that for a bit.

I haven't been on this board all that long, but you ladies amaze me.  You are funny, smart, sometimes b!tchy, a little crazy, but when something serious goes down you are there to lend a hand or an ear, to be a shoulder to cry on and to throat punch anyone who would dare say otherwise.  That's a pretty amazing thing for a collective of gals who know each other by not much more than a screen name and a siggie.

You ladies amaze me.  I wish I could send you all Milano cookies and hot buttered rum right now.

    I don't really like the idea of hot buttered rum but I'll take some cookies any time! 

    I think the posts from yesterday and today regarding GC need to be pinned to the top of the board and in the future when newbs call us out for being mean/rude we can tell them to look there. 

    Anyone who thinks we're not a great bunch of girls is completely wrong!
