    I've known 18 month olds who still have reflux.  It varies. 

    DS only spits-up (sometimes) on his stomach and it's because he's putting all that pressure on his stomach and moving around.

    Yea...DD has acid reflux and she rarely is spitting up anymore...only when we are doing tummy time does she start spitting up and it's a very minute amount.
