Babies: 9 - 12 Months

So she only drank 3 oz. all day.

DC said she completely refused the rest of her bottles.  She only drank like 1 oz. at breakfast and 2 at lunch, though she ate all her food today (pineapple chunks, a sandwich, yogurt, and some cheerios and banana for a snack).  I think she drank some water, too.  I suppose she's telling me she's sick of formula, huh?

I'm debating trying a bottle of nothing but milk tonight and see if she drinks that.  WDYT?

Re: So she only drank 3 oz. all day.

  • We switched DD over to just milk at around 11m1w.  She was down to 3 6oz bottles of formula for quite a while before that.  She had been getting watered down prune juice/pear juice in her sippy for MANY (like 5) months before that.  She's only ever had milk in her sippy, and we never gave her bottles after we started her on milk (so that she wouldn't associate the bottle with anything other than formula).  She didn't miss the bottle once.  Not once!  It was uh-may-zing!  I think milk intro may be just what Sarah needs!  GL!
