How should I season my steak?

I have two lovely Angus tenderloin steaks.  How should I season them?  I am being so indecisive.  If it helps, I am having this with it.

  • good steak just needs a bit of salt and pepper - at least in our house! yummy!
  • Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar, Seasoning Salt, and Basalmic Vinegar.

Tenderize, coat in mixture, let sit in fridge and marinate for 30 minutes.

Grill until desire level of done.

I'll have to look for this!  I checked out the website and it is even gluten free (DH has to eat gluten free).  Sounds really good.
