Answer my post about the bday party...I'm really torn on what to do.

    Go to the party.

    Figure out an alternative to the cookie bake.  Bake yours ahead of time and bring them to your moms so she can divvy out your share and can take your share for you.  Sure, you'll miss out on the actual activity and stuff but your niece's birthday party is more important.

    And yes, Jake will LOVE CEC!  All kids do!  :)
