NPR-Is it possible to FREEZE potatoes?
I mean, I would shred, dice, quarter them before I freezed them...but would they keep alright in the freezer? And should I boil them first or something?

potatoes in the freezer -- eh. they don't taste good, imo. I don't know why frozen french fries taste so good!!
btw, this is why I never want to be the one to make the mashed potatoes for the holidays as it tastes better if you do it the day of.
