Those are my number one favorite thing from any chain restaurant. Ever.
Mine too!!!! Which is why it is my current mission to duplicate them. I'm very close!! The ingredients are right...the measurements I think are right..but I need to dice my chicken finer and play with the tortilla issue. My tortilla's puffed up like pastry when they hit the oil so I'm going to try corn tortillas and roll it tighter and see if that does the trick.
I will keep those tips in mind when I have DH make these for me. (They are more his area of cooking than mine.. I bake :-P)

Just add ~ 1/2c. sour cream to the filling and a little more sharp cheddar than it calls for. Added bonus: they're vegetarian!
