I'm two seconds from losing it on DD

She was a little pill at daycare today. Did not listen at all I guess. Her teacher said all day they had to ask her to listen and she was always causing issues (not the norm). Get home - just a little stinker, so we did not go to dance because I knew it would not go well there, plus she likes dance, so I figured she would shape up once something was taken away. Nope.

It's now 9:30 and she is up there yelling "mommy - can you hear me? Mommy I'm going to keep yelling and wake up Jackson. Mommy are you frustrated with me?" OMG.?

I'm dying at this, only because it's totally something my DD would say.

  • Go take a shower so you don't have to listen to her! Hang in there!
  • She knows she's pushing your buttons with the waking up thing.  She's a smart kid.  Hang in there.
  • She might just be being a PIA but is it possible she is sick, maybe an ear infection?  I cannot remember her age, I think she would have her 2y molars.  Just trying to see if something is up.  Then again I was losing it with DS today just because he is turning 3.

She's almost 4. I think she's a little off because MH has the late shift at work this week so she's in bed when he comes home and he usually does bedtime with her. However - he's spending more time with her in the morning, so he's still seeing her. Honestly I think she's was just having a crabby day and when a 3-4 year old is having a crabby day, everyone pays ;-).
