"Clicking" with day care provider?

How important is it to you that you "click" personality-wise with your day care provider?  I'm having a hell of a time finding an in-home day care provider.  I interviewed a lady today and was very impressed with how she runs things and would feel comfortable leaving DS with her, but we didn't really hit it off.  WWYD?  Keep looking for someone equally as capable who you get along with?  Or just get over it and be glad you found someone good?

    I don't use daycare, but I would say keep looking.  I think it is important to click with the person caring for your baby.  I passed up several pediatricians based on not clicking with their personalities even though they had the credentials and nice offices.

    If you arent sure I'd keep looking. We ended up going to a school instead of an in home provider.  I thought it would be more expensive but its not and Im more comfortable with having more than one teacher there.

    This may just be me but I know that if I don't click with someone, it doesn't matter what they do...it'll annoy me.  So if she does something during a feeding or to get DD to sleep and it's not a big deal, I'll make it a big deal just because we don't get along.  KWIM?

    Anyway, I would keep searching but keep her in the back of your mind in case you don't find anyone.
