  I downloaded Picassa and made a collage.  It was super easy and came out really cute.  I then uploaded it as one picture to Kodak gallery and had cards printed from there.  I don't post pictures of my family on here, but you should look into picassa, it is a google product and it is free.  It will also tag your photos with the name of the people in them.

  I used picassa last year to make our cards.  I haven't gotten around to this years yet.
