I had an NT scan and according to that I should be 18w3d but we had big u/s today and I'm measured at 18w1d. which should I go by? I might have to switch to May mommas from April due drops too!

I kept the original one from the OB. Your baby probably just had a growth spurt and is measuring a little ahead. Baby's grow at different speeds. I wouldn't change the EED if I were you.
Did your doctor officially change your date? In the 1st tri if it's more than a week they usually change it. After 1st tri they usually don't change your date because the baby goes through growth spurts.
We've always gone by the date given to us at our 12 week ultrasound since that's what our doctor switched to (it was 5 days off from the date based on my LMP). So I would suggest using whatever date your doc uses...although if it's only a two or three day difference, I don't think it really matters much.
I don't think they "officially" change your due date unless the difference is 14 days or more (my EDD was April 2 til I had my first u/s and measured at 22weeks when we thought I was only 19 weeks). I go by March 13th but sometimes when I'm asked when I'm due I catch myself saying April 2 (out of habit or something I guess).
Mine never changed. I went by my O date. The Doc tried to go by the first day of my last period, but that would have put me almost 4 weeks ahead of my real due date (which I calculated as March 1) ... SO I told her she was wrong, she sent me for a u/s. They dated my pregnancy with a Due date of March 1 at that appt. (ha, told her I was right!)
Ever since I have been one week ahead, but it takes 2 full weeks for my Drs. office to change a due date, so it hasn't changed at all!

I measured a couple days ahead at my big u/s but I don't consider my due date to be different. I had a dating u/s back at 7 weeks and it's far more accurate early on than it is now.

At my first u/s at 7 weeks, baby was measuring 2 days behind my EDD (based on LMP). I knew I ovulated 2 days "late", so that made sense. My OB did not change my EDD. At my NT Scan last week, baby was measuring 2 days ahead. The u/s measurements are based on averages and the accuracy of the tech, so I think it has to be pretty far off to changed your EDD.
With this pregnancy, my EDD hasn't changed. Since I had a really long cycle, I went by my ovulation date, and my doctor confirmed it with an u/s at 8 weeks.
With my first pregnancy, I was seeing an RE and had weekly u/s in the beginning. I had to see a different doctor at 8 weeks, and he changed my EDD, but then my regular doctor changed it back the following week. It stayed the same until the end even when I was measuring small at 38 weeks. Of course, DD was 10 days overdue. lol.

At the 8 week U/S baby measured 6 days ahead and Dr. said my EDD was the same. Since measurements change they only change the EDD if the measurement is a minimum of 1 week off.
My EDD as of my first 6w u/s was for 3/21. When the baby was measured again at 20w, he was measured to be due on 3/17, but it was not officially changed. To me, the earlier the better, haha!
My EDD was different from my LMP and also different according to the u/s tech's measurements. I asked my OB and she said that the EDD had a two week window so not to get so stuck on the numbers. She also said that I probably wouldn't have the baby on either of those days.
My babies have always measured a couple days off at the big u/s compared to the due date determined earlier in the pregnancy. You stick with your original due date since age determination at that size is most accurate. My original due date was determined by LMP, but then we had a u/s at 7 weeks and or official due date was determined by baby's size at that u/s since I o'd late, thus conceiving later than I would have in a normal cycle.
Re: How many times did your EDD change and which do you use?
A few times but my OB now says she likes to go by LMP instead of size (growth) cuz every baby grows differently and sometimes in spurts.
Your baby will most likely not be born on your EDD anyway (hence 'estimated' )so just pick one your most sure of and go with it
