I'm imagining that each time I puke (which is often), it's just my baby's way of saying, "Hi, Mom! Don't worry, I'm still here!"

That's a great way to cope. I know that when I feel GREAT, I sometimes wonder if everything's okay. Weird what pregnancy does to us!
