teething ????

Could fussy eating be a sign of teething?  A gave me the hardest time eating this weekend.  It took an hour to give her 4oz and she normally takes 6oz in about 20 min.  And as soon as I pulled the bottle out, her fist would be in there.  She is just starting to put everything in her mouth and the drooling has been going on forever.  Her gums do not look red or swollen so I wasnt sure if it is teething or just horrible eating for the time being.

    Wink I know we didn't answer your question and it is frustrating but all I can do in my situation is keep trying to give the bottle and hope this phase passes very quickly. We have no issue with solids at all...I think the sucking on the nipples is really hurting them because they are teething even though we don't see any bumps or inflamed gums yet either.

    Okay so maybe our kids are a tiny bit different.  The bumps are there. More so on S, but they are becoming more noticeable.

    I was thinking about going up a nipple size to see if they can sip without sucking so hard.
