Chances of getting listeria

The turkey that was served on Thanksgiving was possibly undercooked. I am not feeling  great, but I don't know if it is all in my head since I have been dwelling on it it since Thursday night.

My ob is on vacation until Dec. 7th and my next appt. is Dec 8.  Should I just wait or call my PCP tomorrow? My DH thinks I am making to much out of it.

Re: Chances of getting listeria

  • if you feel like you have the flu/extremely ill (listeria causes those symptoms), then i would be worried. if youre just feeling off, i doubt its the turkey.

  • I doubt it is the turkey..I wouldn't be too nervous..maybe you have a cold or virus..Does your doctor have a 24hour line to call?
