Just got in a car accident.....

with my SISTER!!!! We were leaving my youngest brothers state championship football game and following my parents and grandparents. We came to a stop in the parking lot and BAM!!!!! She nailed me in my NEW car!!!!! Crying Did I mention we hadn't even left the parking lot!!!!! We are all okay, but have minor whiplash.

DH and MS got into it when we jumpe dout to see if she was okay. She tried to blame it on him and he was having NONE of that, lol. But all is well now since she did apologize..... but my NEW car is not okay..... I am sooooo sad right now Crying

Thanks sweetie! I am too! Like I told DH it's only a car and it could have been a lot worse, so be grateful. I just am sooo sad my new car is tainted,lol. This happened to my last car when it was new too (not with MS, but someone else hit me). Guess I do not have good luck with new cars Tongue Tied

OMG, now that you mention it.... MS and I JUST got over an issue where we didn't talk for over a month and had just made amends! I was sooooo scared of this! But I think all is well. We hugged it out.

Thanks ladies!! I hope everything will work out fine too. I just hope once we have to talk about the cost to fix the car, things don't get too stressful. I'd hate to fight over a car. And hopefulhoney, I think you are onto something! Maybe I should stick to the used models, LOL.

Oh, my neck is killin! I think I may need to get a massage now, hmmmm. ::Thinks this is the best idea I've had all day::

Right!!! I wonder if there might be a way around that. Maybe if the estimate isn't too high she might want to pay out of pocket.... IDK. Hoping there isn't too much damage underneath and then maybe this will be possible.

um, not to be rude, but if she hit your car that hard in a parking lot (while knowingly following someone), she is either a really bad driver (in which case her insurance is already sky high) or she was drunk. Doesn't sound like a good situation any way you look at it.

No, no, we weren't drinking. We were at Catholic Highschool football game. She bent down to pick something up that fell and must not have seen us stopped ahead. Just a flook accident, that's all.

Ooo, ya I think we have all been in a situation like that before. Minor lapse in judgment, lol. She is a tad bit emotionally immature still. She is still young and I know that when she has time to think about how she reacted, she will regret it and realize how wrong that was.

I was able to totally keep my cool ::pats self on back::. I hate having "family" issues. I like to think that if you are going to forgive anyone for something it should be your family first. I mean I have to see that girl ALL the time, I better just try to right the situation instead of holding a grudge.

I'm good. I feel like i have my period, but that is mostly it so far. I just got a pregnancy journal and What to Expect when you're expecting. I'm excited. Oh and if I get even a little hungry I want to puke. lol. GL!
