And HOLY ANXIETY! I haven't been this nervous about cooking anything in at least 10 years. Wowsa. I think the hardest part is that at this point there is nothing I can do but wait and pray. At least with cooking I can taste as I go.
Im sure it will be great! DH makes cheesecake every now and again and has never had a problem. You would think a seasoned cook like yourself wouldnt be so scared about a little bitty cheesecake!
You can definitely do it! I'm not nearly as experienced a cook as you are, and I've made many successful cheesecakes! :-) Let us know how it comes out!
