BOB Revolution. I run anywhere from 3-10 miles several times a week with DS in it. It's awesome. It also has an infant seat attachment so that you can run with your baby before 6 months. My pedi cleared me to run with ds in the infant seat at 2 months.

I have a cheap ol' jeep jogger, urban turraine. Before I got pregnant I was jogging 3-4x's/ week 5-7 miles a pop without any problems. This was over quite a few hills as well.

If I could I would buy the BOB Ironman Stroller. Unfortunately they will not ship to South Africa.

I have a few friends that used to live in the USA and they swear by theirs.

I strongly suggest the Baby Jogger Brand performance series if you want a separate stroller for running.

This stroller never affected my pace on my "easy days"
