Success after IF
just started bleeding heavily
we were at the dog park and i felt nauseous, not out of the norm for me. and then felt incredibly weak so we went home. as soon as i stood up and got out of the car there was a gush of blood, i mean it went through my underwear and through my sweatpants. i had some clotting pass, and then the bleeding slowed.
i called cornell and spoke to dr. singer basically there is nothing they can do but give me an u/s tomorrow morning to see if there are still 2 heartbeats. he said it's good that the bleeding slowed and that i am not cramping. so i am trying to stay positive and calm. he told me to just stay on bed rest until i come in tomorrow morning.
i really hope that everything is ok with the babies.

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

The same thing happened to me at 6wks. I was terrified, luckily the dr was able to get me in right away for an u/s. Everything turned out fine.
I know how nervous you are, and I didn't believe anyone who told me it could be nothing, but it really could be nothing. Rest up and I'm sure everything will be perfect tomorrow. Good Luck!

Unexplained Infertility

thank you ladies for all your kind words and thoughts and prayers.
i actually feel very calm, which i am hoping is a good sign. and it helps to hear that many of you have gone through similar bleeding episodes and now are either in the 3rd tri or have your healthy baby(ies).
