Have been sooooo bloated since Thanksgiving and didn't poop for two days so last night I cancelled going out because I felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. I stayed home and tried on clothes with what looked like a 5 month bump of a belly. Figured I should get used to myself like that.
1 week past iui...tick tock tick tock
Re: Confession/ possibly TMI
...still crossing fingers for you...not much longer to go...

I don't have much hope. I just don't feel any different. How was your Thanksgiving? How is your mom? Did you see you end up seeing your IL's?

Mom ended up making it for Thanksgiving. She was exhausted, but it was so nice to have her there. I did most of the cooking and she shouted directions from the living room-lol. Thanks for asking.
And no, MIL lost the opportunity to have Thanksgiving dinner with us. When having dinner with a perfect stranger in Michigan is more important than having dinner with your son and DIL, you don't get asked again. I'm proud of DH...even though it's difficult for him, he knows that calling again and accommodating his mom is just feeding her cycle of negative behavior. He said today, "She was invited twice and made other choices. She will not be coming for dinner tonight." And that was that.
Ahhh screw her!
I am so happy your mom made it though!!!!
I'm not saying this to give you false hope or anything, but I was incredibly bloated and constipated after my iui, and it didn't start to let up until a week after we got the bfp. So bloated that the only pants that fit had needed a belt to stay up just a week before.
I know that you know that it could very well be the trigger shot messing with your system, but I am hoping and praying that your discomfort is for a much better reason.
::hugs::
I didn't feel any different at all when I got my BFP. Honestly, I still don't feel any different other than I am more hungry late at night and I can definitely feel my uterus making room for baby. I feel your BFP coming soon! :-)
