  Let it thaw, dip it in warm water, microwave for a few seconds. I mean, anything that will melt it enough to pop it out works.

  Run hot water over the back and in the future use the flexible silicone trays and/or spray with some cooking spray before filling.

  I'm having a hard time believing you've never figured out how to get a stuck ice cube out of a tray...

  I turn them upside down and run them under hot water for just a second.  Just enough to the the frost off the bottom of the container.

  Turn back over and they pop right out.

  I had this problem with squash... I used a knife on either side and then it popped right out
