Boob feels like it is bruised!

WTF!  I tried to google it - but can't figure out what it is.  A clogged duct would have a specific place that it hurt right?  I have no fever so I don't think it is mastitis.  It just feels like someone punched me in the boob!  

Any ideas?!?!

    My boob hurt all over when I had a clogged duct. I also had a big BIG lump. Heating pad on low for an hour and massaging/compressions while pumping worked it out.
