since you've become Preggo? My DH painted my toenails for me last night. Bless his heart...they sure were messy but I didn't care. It was the cutest thing ever
DH has gotten up with our toddler every time he has woken during the night (which is most nights at least once). He also brings tea up to me in bed every night.
My back hurts from sitting on the couch so much (been on BR for a few weeks). It feels so much better to lay my head on his lap, every night I lay my head on his lap while he rubs my hair/arms/belly. He also makes me a lot of omelets since they're so much healthier than the regular cereal and milk breakfast.
We had to do furniture rearranging throughout the whole house since the baby's room was an office before and we needed to find a place for all that stuff. We got rid of all two huge bookshelves that had a lot of our trinkets including my Willow Tree figures. He took care of that all one day when I was at work. He also picked up a new computer desk for the basement. When I got home he couldn't wait to show me the new desk. He had moved everything around and had also put up my Willow Tree figures on the shelf. I noticed them there immediately and thought it was sweet because he knows how much I like them. Then I noticed the pregnant Willow Tree figure right in the middle, he had picked it up for me that day :0) It was really very sweet and thoughtful!
I don't want to seem like I'm a burden while pregnant so I still do all the stuff I did before for myself. He offers to give me foot rubs sometimes and sometimes I say yes or decline the offer...my feet are so puffy now it's just easier to take a bath and soak. If he starts to rub my feet I'm liable to list what else aches like my calves, hips, lower back, shoulders...he'd be there all night. I can still take care of myself pretty much but I do love that he touches the belly and gives Emma kisses.
Last weekend he cleaned the entire kitchen and bathroom while I took a nap. He's also been giving me lots of back rubs, and done the majority of the cooking and cleaning since I've been pregnant. I've had a lot of morning sickness and am always exhausted by the time I get home from work. He's the best, I don't know what I'd do without him!
My husband has been very good to me during this pregnancy - giving me massages with a baseball (sooo much better than a tennis ball), bringing me food/drinks in bed (sometimes in the middle of the night) and taking care of more things around the house. But the sweetest thing he did was send me an e-mail one morning telling me that he thinks I'm a great wife and will be an awesome mom. I cried for hours after that....
My DH has really done SO much for me during this time, not that it should surprise me because of how he is anyway, but there are LOADS of things that I just sit back and think "Awe! I love this man!"
Just to name a few...helps me with shoes/socks even though I insist I can do it myself, literally helps me off the sofa/up the stairs at night when my sciatic pain is so bad I can barely move, but most of all it's his attentiveness in general. He has always been a kissy/cuddly person (not in an overbearing way), but I think it's especially sweet when he leans over and gives bump/baby a kiss as well and says "love you."
I'm sure I'm not alone in this when I say he's going to be the best daddy!
I'm in the hospital and DH has done anything he feels the nurses aren't doing fast enough. This has included cleaning me up and emptying my catheter bag. He is so sweet.
His massages 3x a week are pretty awesome, but I think the sweetest was how he dealt with me and my father's death when I was 8 weeks pregnant. He really got me through the worst of times.
He has been amazing this entire pregnancy, but the sweetest thing he did was surprise me with an incredible babymoon on our 5th wedding anniversary this summer.

A surprise bubble bath with smelly-good bath oil, candles, and all.
I'm loving that someone made a thread for this...

I don't even know where to start...
He's been more demonstrative of his love since my BFP...daily phone calls and text messages just saying sweet things.
He's taken over all of the pet duties (we have two dogs and a cat) and does 99% of the cooking, which I so appreciate.
When I found out I have GD and cried for 3 days he showed up at my office with a bouquet of flowers to cheer me up.
He's been to every one of my OB appts. even if it meant rescheduling work or getting released from class (he's a nursing student).
