Cake Flour?

Where do I find this?  I looked all over were all the other flour is and couldn't find it.  Is it in a special place?

    It's not packaged like the regular flour.  The only kind my stores around here have is Swan.  It's in a red box about the size of a cereal box.  Usually on the top shelf.

    mine's in a pretty brown and pink box. top shelf as well. cake flour is elite.
