we nurse during the night on demand (but usually 10:30pm, 1/2, 4/5), at 8am, 12, 4:30 and bedtime - sometimes more times, almost never less... she eats warm oatmeal with milk and some third stage baby food mixed into it for breakfast plus cheerios, 1 jar of baby food for lunch, and i try to make dinner for her (cooked pasta with fresh tomato cubes or bagel with fruits etc.)

My LO loves food, which is probably why he only accepts nursing first thing in the morning (like a coffee pick me up, lol) or while going to sleep. He eats so much food I have to spend my weekends making and freezing good stuff for the week cause he's in DC. He seriously eats more than I do, which is crazy bc he's only in the 5% for weight.
Breakfast - cheese, fruit, french toast/omelet
Snack - Bread/butter, cottage cheese/yogurt
Lunch - few oz. WCM, cheese, fruit, veggie, mini meal*
Snack - crackers, cheese
Dinner - cheese, fruit, veggies, mini meal*, bread/butter
* mini meals are what we call his main courses. Once a week or so I make up a big batch of something different that's 1/3 veggie, meat, carb. I try all sorts of stuff like Thai, Indian, Italian, etc. I freeze in meal sized portions, like a cupcake tin and store. I usually have about a dozen different meals in rotation. Trying very hard to expand his palate while he's young, we're lucky he loves savory food
