Have you or do you ever shave your eyebrows?

Pattypoundcake's comment in the post below about her friend shaving off her eyebrows and then drawing them in kinda freaked me out.  Why would you shave off your eyebrows???

That makes me think of the guy from the Pink Floyd movie:

FWIW, I've never shaved my eyebrows :P

  • No. I love my eyebrows just the way they are :)

  • Yucky, no :)

I just had them waxed into a nice arch for the first time last month. I've been a plucker since high school.

  • I never have and never would.  I don't understand why anyone would.  My cousin does that and it is so fugly.

  • I also alternate between waxing and plucking.

Me too.  I don't want to spend a ton of money on waxing, so I pluck in between waxes.

  • My aunt shaves to clean them up instead of waxing. I think it looks awful.

My DH went to a predominantly hispanic school. He said at least half the girls shaved them off and drew these big ones on. LOL

I would be too scared of a razor getting near there. I'd be worried there'd be a slip and I'd end up with a huge gap. I found an awesome waxing lady. I'll just keep going to her, tyvm.

  • My brother did by accident one time, well sorda.  My brother was on a medicine for his transplant that made his hair grow really fast, his eyebrows were getting out of control so he decided one day when shaving to shape them up a bit but he took a lot off of the first brow so he tried to even up the other brow.  Well my brother who was legally blind couldn't really see too well while doing this after he kept going back to each brow to even them out & he ended up having to just shave them off.  My mom had to take my brother to the eye doctor of all places the same day and she said it was all she and the doctor could do to not laugh at my brother.  Luckily with that medicine he was on his brows were back to normal in about 3 weeks.
  • you got a pm, btw. :)
