Pedicure Question

Can I use the massaging chair?

I know this is a dumb question, but the last time I went the guy wouldn't turn it on.  I don't get a lot of pedicure's because my feet are extremely ticklish and sometimes it's just plain uncomfortable.  I can't bend down and do it myself anymore and my toes are turning into weapons. Yes it is that gross.

    Hmm, I'm not sure..Good question.  I'll be interested to see what the other responses are. 

    Just my opinion, I would think that using the chair wouldn't be harmful, however I could totally be off on that one.

    pedis are my one vice.  I get them on a reg basis.  I try and go to the spa and not the huge places with the oriental ladies (sorry if that's not PC).  When I go to the spa (the owner is just 6 wks ahead of me in her pregnancy and the manager is certified in prenatal spa care) they say that the massage chair is fine.

    I went a week before I had Aubrey and used the chair...it felt really good to my poor aching back! 

    Lol at feet like weapons...that's mine too...I can do them myself again BUT I like the pedicures so much I think I'll just go and let them do it :)

    I want to get a pedi soon too and they better let me use the chair!  I'll definitely have to go to the spa b/c those other places have so many fumes that I use to get light-headed every time.  A pedi at the spa would be a really nice Christmas present...  Wonder if DH would get me one before Christmas...

    When I was expecting DD I used the chair the only thing you have to be careful with is the Achilies Tendon area it can cause contractions.  I think I may have to get a pedi this week.
