I'm curious how your morning goes getting everybody up and ready to either leave the house or stay home. Do you take turns or is one person the primary morning care taker?
I wake up whenever Justin does (7'ish). I get him up, cook him breakfast, get him dressed/bathed etc. I let him watch Mickey Mouse while I get DH's clothes & breakfast ready and pack his lunch. After DH is dressed for work he plays with Justin until he has to leave.
I'm the one that almost always takes care of G in the morning. She's funny bc she will not let me hand her off to DH when she knows I'm around but if she doesn't see me first in the morning she is fine with DH getting her changed and dressed.
G wakes around 7:00 and I go in to say good morning change and dress her for the day. Then she follows me around as I get dressed and DH says good morning to her.
Around 8:00 G and I go downstairs to start coffee, breakfast and play. DH gets dressed. 8:30 G and I eat some breakfast. DH joins us and we go about our day
On the days I work, DH gets DD ready-I have to be out of the house by 730. He's usually just getting up then for work! I get up and get myself ready then feed DD before I leave and put her back to bed. DH gets up whenever and gets himself ready then gets DD ready and drops her off on his way to work.
On days I'm off, I take care of DD. I sleep until she wakes up then go in and feed her, get her dressed, etc. After we lounge for a bit I get myself ready and we go about our day.
I take care of Eva every morning. She wakes around 7 and I get up with her. I let her play until her morning breathing treatment at 8 and then we have breakfast. Dh usually sleeps until 9. Once he's up Eva and I head back upstairs and I get her dressed and then take my shower and get dressed (she plays in the bathroom with me while I do). If we have somewhere to be in the morning DH will get up earlier and help me (he'll do Eva's breathing treatment and breakfast while I shower).
Well, on my 8-6 days, DD and I wake up for good around 6 at the latest. I change her and then feed her. Place her on activity mat to play. Let the dog out and feed her. Prepare the bottles for the day and pack up my pump pieces for work. Make my lunch while my breakfast is toasting and then eat breakfast. Shower (although I am only about 25% on showering before my 8-6 shift over the last 3 weeks haha). Change clothes and feed her again to top her off. DH wakes up at 7:30 and I leave at 7:45.
On my 11-9 days everything is the same except I have gotten almost 2 hrs extra of sleep. From 7-9 I sleep on the couch next to the swing bc she isn't tired enough for the crib. Everything above is the same except 3 hours later but I follow the same routine. But I am 100% on showering for these days - I must move faster when I am more rested!
If Eve wakes up early, we do take turns getting up with her.. Eve wakes up for a bottle fairly early and usually goes back to sleep, then, generally we all get up around the same time.. DH only gets up in time to get himself ready for work and run out the door (literally sometimes 10-15 minutes before he has to leave.. it drives me crazy)...so I watch Eve.. but usually I just veg on the couch and let her play on the floor or watch a cartoon/video until breakfast time (not til about 10am).. Then I usually get Eve dressed, and she plays some more until nap time..or sometimes we will go out and run errands then..
If we have somewhere to be before 10 am.. it throws my whole day off.. haha.

I pretty much take care of Evan in the morning. DH is usually out the door before he is even up, or else he is just waking up.
DH works a late shift 1 or 2 days/week, so on those mornings he does help... but he also likes to sleep in a little. He will feed him his breakfast after I nurse him and then I will take a shower. If DH isn't home then I wait until Evan is napping to shower.
We both try to be out of the shower by 5:45. Hopefully, Ian's still sleeping, so I try to be dressed/hair & make-up done by 6:20. DH will get him out of bed and start dressing him until I'm finished, then I'll take over so he can finish getting ready. We give him a sippy of milk while we get his stuff together for daycare, and we're usually out the door by 6:50. Thankfully, dh doesn't have a homeroom or first period class to teach, so he has a little flexibility in the a.m. and can help me get Ian into the car. Ian and I are at daycare by 7:10, and I'm usually to work by 7:25.
I would not say that we have a "routine" yet, but Evan has been getting up to eat between 5:30-7:00. If DH is working days or nights, and even when he is home, I usually do the early morning feeding. Once he gets up, he either holds Evan (if he is not back sleeping) and I will make coffee, eat breakfast, get things ready for the day. Sometimes he gets up early and the roles are reversed. Once I go back to work, DH will most likely do the morning routine, although I would like to keep the morning feeding for me. I feel thankful that it will be either of us home with him during the day, so that the morning won't be too busy rushed.
