not feeling great today

Since yesterday I've had this dull ache on the right side of my back right behind my ribcage and down to my side.  I spoke to my OB last night and he asked me if I ever had a kidney stone which I havent, no blood in my urine or cramping in the front of my tummy.  Told me to put my feet up, drink plenty of water and take tylenol and to call him if it gets worse.  Tylenol helped and was ok this morning.  Well it started back up again today at noon, I called the OB this afternoon and waiting for him to give me a call back.

I thought that it was because I didnt drink enough water yesterday so I've been drinking a lot of water today but it didnt help.  This is going to sound like a stupid ? but can a baby at this point in my pregnancy put pressure on my kidney?

    I was just shy of 20 weeks when my kidney pain kicked in, so no, it isn't too early.  I hope you get it figured out!

    After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
