I've worked the night shift for 5 years now, and I never had a problem sleeping during the day...until now. It's crazy...like the Mommy Clock has been set. I'm doomed.

FYI, I've always been a night owl... But the past week or two, I've been super exhausted, and completely unable to sleep for longer than 2 hours at a time. It suxxorz, bad.
I get to sleep okay. Then I'm usually up for 1-4 hours during the night. It blows.
This exactly. Has been happening since the week we got our BFP. Everyone keeps telling me its good practice for when the baby arrives, but I think a few weeks would have been PLENTY of practice. I surely didn't need 9 months!
I get more sleep overall, but less at a time because I wake up 6 or 7 times a night for no reason; not even to pee! Just to be awake and exhausted and frustrated, so I feel constantly tired and grumpy.

I wake up multiple times a night, at least 3-5 a night on average, sometimes more never less. I go to bed earlier now though to help with the amount of time I wake up.

I can't seem to find a good position that keeps me comfortable through the night, so I have not been sleeping as well since 2nd tri.
