By LMP, I was close to 7 weeks. It turned out that I was 4w5d. We saw the sac. I went in a week later and saw growth and a *slow* HB and the fetal pole. Ten days later, HB was up and we saw what looked like a baby.

I had mine today at 6w1d. I knew exactly when I ovulated, because we had fertility help, so it was right on.

We saw the gestational sacs, the yolk sacs, and TWO little beans with TWO little heartbeats. It was like a skinny pea with a fast little fluttering of the heart blinking. The Dr. also turned on the color so that we could see the blood flow of their hearts. The kiddos measured 1 day apart (1 is a day behind), no big deal.

DH and I just had one today. I think I'm 5 weeks instead of 6 weeks, but was not able to confirm or deny this. I forgot to ask the doctor what he thought. We didn't see much. We saw a sac and the doctor identified a little circle in the sac as a yolk and said that was good. Overall he said everything looked fine.

I had an u/s at 5 weeks and then again at 7 weeks. Mainly, I had 2 done so early because I missed my period, had a negative blood result and then continued to have 'intestinal'/constipation issues. Well, it turns out I missed my period and THEN got pregnant which is highly unusual but it happened. So, the u/s was the most accurate and figuring out how far along I was, by my LMP I would be an additional 2 weeks along! Actually, in any pregnancy they say the earlier u/s are the most accurate in determining a due date.

I had mine today, one heartbeart 120bpm. We were able to see the yolk sac and the heartbeat on the screen and we could hear it too! It was so exciting. The baby, per my last period, would be 5wks, 6days but was measuring 6 weeks along...so off by one day.

My doctor wouldn't see me until 7 weeks. So based on the first day of my LMP I was 7 weeks. The baby was measuring 6 weeks 2 days, so it was a little bit off. We saw the sac, the little bean and a faint flicker of a heart beat.

They calculated me at 6 weeks 4 days, which was 8 days earlier than what they had estimated using first day of last period. I wasn't surprised though, b/c my cycle is messed up.

We were able to see and hear the heartbeat and it looked like a little chicken nugget That's the only way I can describe it With DS, my first ultrasound was at 9 weeks and he looked like a Teddy Graham. It was amazing the difference just a few weeks can make.

our days werent off as we had fertility treatment but my dr said it's not uncommon to measure +/- a week this early in the game; with DD had ultrasounds at 5wks and 7wks; we saw the sac and what looked like a grain of rice; for this pregnancy at our first u/s at 5wks we saw 2 sacs and 2 grains of rice but at our next one a week later we learned Baby B had stopped growing

My doctor uses a 28 day cycle, yet my cycle is a little longer than that. So when I went in for my ultrasound at 7 weeks (doctor's due date) I measured right at 6 weeks. I wasn't surprised at all. He won't change the due date until the next ultrasound (16 weeks) and that is fine by me. A week difference doesn't bother me-it is just an estimate.

I went in for my first u/s last Friday thinking I was about 9 weeks (can't pinpoint my LMP). My baby measured somewhere between 5 and 6 weeks. It's probably a combination of a long cycle and being off on my LMP. We saw a yolk sac, a sac surrounding the baby, a fetal pole and a very faint flickering that my doc believes is the heartbeat.

I go back in on 11/27 to see how everything looks.

I had one last week and measured 5w 3days, one day more than I thought. We only saw a gestational sac. I had one today and measured only 5w6days even though she said it could be off by 2 days. We saw a fetal pole and a heartbeat. Heartbeat was slow; 94bpm. The doc said not to worry; it just started to beat. The difference in days may be because of different machine and different techs.

I went in @ 7w 5days (I thought) and the doctor sized baby bean at 6w 5d.... a whole week off! Doc saw a heartbeat (I couldn't, and doctor didn't stick around long enough for me to see) so the Nurse is letting us come back in this Thursday so I can try and hear the HB. I'm going to ask what the HB was last time, because they didn't say. My Ultrasound pic has "177" on it so i'm going to assume that was the HB. Only 1 day, 20 hours away!! I can't wait!

I had one yesterday and the baby measured 6 wks 3 days. We saw the our little tiny peanut and the heartbeat!

From LP I though I was 8 weeksish and when we went in I measured at 6w1d. Saw the yolk sac and a flicker.

According to my LMP I should have been 6 wks 4 days, but the u/s tech measured me at exactly 6 weeks. we saw a tiny little bean with a flickering heartbeat. (118 bpm). I also go to hear the heartbeat which was really cool!

Are you scheduled for an early u/s?

I had one today, at 5 1/2 weeks only because I was spotting yesterday. I am going back in one week to see the heartbeat. There wasn't much to see today. It looked like a black spot with what the doctor said looked like a "diamond ring" in the middle. The picture they gave me is horrible. I know my exact date of conception because we did IVF. I have no idea how it measured, the doctor just said it's perfect for 5 1/2 weeks.

I had my first one a couple weeks ago. I thought I was about 6w, 3d, but it put me at 5w, 2d. We saw the sac and the yolk, but no baby. Going back tomorrow (at 7w, 2d) to get a look at LO, finally!

I had mine at what according to my LMP would have been 6 weeks 3 days. I measured 5 weeks 6 days, and saw the yolk sac, fetal pole and the heartbeat which measured 158. I had another one at what wouild have been 8 weeks 3 days according to my LMP, but I was still measuring on track with the previous ultrasound- 7 weeks 6 days, and then I could see a little shrimp! Heatbeat was 167. Good luck!
