Must Have-"Happiest Baby on the Block"

One of my girlfriends got this book and said it works really well. I just ordered the DVD/CD combo to try out. Wanted to pass on the info in case you girls wanted to give it a try. From what I understand it is a must have for new moms and I am really excited to try it. My girlfriend said she had luck within the first 20 minutes of trying these methods. I am sure we could all use an extra 1-3 hours sleep for our L/O's.

I have the book and the calming technique is AMAZING! I suggest watching the video because DH and I were doing the technique wrong until we saw the video. I don't think it has improved LO's sleeping patterns (not that a two week old has a pattern) but it helps to know the calming technique. I def recommend this book.
