On a positive note (re: crockpot salsa/cc/chix)

DH practically had an orgasm over it! Said it was one of the best meals I have ever cooked for him - LOL

I agree it was delish but next time I'll be sure to use HOT salsa and a little less cream cheese. I used medium salsa and I feel like the cream cheese took away all of the kick and some of the flavor of the salsa.

    I made it Friday night and DH didn't love it. I really liked it, though. I only used half a block of cream cheese since that's all I had.

    I made it tonight and all dh could say was "it would be better with some lettus and tomato with it"  (I forgot to get some to put with it) 

    He did like it and ate 3 helpings of it.  The kids liked it too which is always a plus!  Im taking it for lunch tomorrow.  :)  Very Yummy!
