i didn't actually do this in the traditional manner (my wedding was a little out of the box) but we joked that my whole wedding was blue, my DH was someting old, the dress was new, and all the money to pay for the wedding was borrowed from my parents.

Old/Borrowed: my grandma's white handkerchief that she had for her wedding.Of course she then told me to keep it...so I'm not sure if it still counts as borrowed anymore, lol. I say yes since at the time I was planning on returning it to her.
New:jewelry, dress, etc
Blue: i had my toenails painted a blue tinted pearl color and I also had some blue beads wrapped into my flowers
DX PCOS w/IR 01/08. Currently pg with our 1st after 6.5 yrs of IF (thank you IVF)
Old: I had my mom's original wedding band (my dad got her an upgrade on one of their anniversaries) sewn into the hem of my dress
New: Everything else
Borrowed: Bracelet
Blue: Undies
We had a martini station during the cocktail hour and we used this as a theme for the types of martinis. Old was classic gin martini. New was a specialty martini we created for us. Borrowed was a martini recipe we borrowed from one of our favourite trips. Blue was a blue lagoon martini.
I was married the same year that my parents had their 50th wedding anniversary. I wore the same blue garter that my mom wore 50 years previously, that my aunt wore 20 years prior and that my biological mom wore 10 years previously (my mom actually mailed it to AZ so she could wear it and then she mailed it back.) So that was my blue, borrowed and old. I also wore my mom's pearls that my father gave her on their 25th wedding anniversary.
(The whole 'mom/aunt/biological mom story is long and confusing. I'm adopted.)
Old: an old hankerchief passed down from my great grandmother that all the women on my mom's side are supposed to carry with them on their wedding day.
New: The jewelry my mom bought me. Earrings and necklace.
Borrowed: I borrowed my sister's purse that she used for her wedding.
Blue: I found a Swarovski crystal "Bluebird of Happiness" pendant that I had my florist tie onto my bouquet.
