hello ladies! i had my sweet little baby on friday the 13th and we named him Jason (go figure! lol)

8 lbs, 9 oz, and 21 inches long!!

.. i just got home with him today and am exhausted so i will share my awesome induction experience at a later time but all i have to say is epidurals are amazing and made my labor so much easier! i went from 2cm to fully dilated in 1 and 1/2 hours and pushed for 40 minutes and he was here! i didnt feel any "ring of fire" when he came out just pressure and even pushing wasen't as hard as i thought it would be! if it pooped i wouldnt even know and i had a 2nd degree tear but its not so bad just more of an annoyance.. it was absoulty the most amazing experience of my life and i have never felt love like this before...

ps. my 110lb lab is doing great with baby, he wants to lick him to death and every noise jason makes my furry baby is right there to check it out with me lol

    Big congrats! He is so darn cute! And yes, the labs are so awesome with the little ones- our lab has been smitten w/ DD since day 1. Have fun w/ both of them :)

    you are AWESOME to post so quickly and with photos!! you rock! PLUS your post couldnt have come at a better time! ive been really overwhelmed with "im having a..BABY?!" reading your post really touched me. i needed that so i thank you. and THANK YOU for sharing that you had an epi. Ive been leaning towards that and am tired of all the nay sayers. plus you are from NJ so... well... that coolness just goes without saying. =)
