What could be wrong with me??

I have a terrible pain in the base of my skull/top of my neck. It radiates around my neck, into my ears, jaw, and also up into my head. Especially when I bend over. I have taken Tylenol but it doesn't touch it. 

What could be wrong?  Im laying on the couch with a heat pack on my neck but feel terrible. I put ds down for a nap 30 minutes early bc I just couldnt' do it anymore. HELP!

    Sounds like sinus issues. Do a neti-pot type flush, take an anti-inflammatory (like ibuprofen or naproxen) when the tylenol is out of your system, and keep up with the heat packs. Moist heat will probably feel good.

    I also find if someone massages at the base of my ears it helps drain the fluid.

    it could mean you need an adjustment from a chiropractor. not sure if you go to one, but mine helps me. usually when i have pain like that, my atlas is out. try putting ice on the sore areas, not heat. that will help with any swelling. good luck!
