No restrictions as long as I don't lift over my head. I have back issues anyway so over my head is not allowed. I lift DS all day long. That is about 28lbs and at least 50 reps a day:)
I am doing light weight and high reps. For arms I'm just doing 10 or 12 lb. free weights instead of doing 15 or 20 lbs. that I used pre-pregnancy. I stopped doing leg training because I'm just upping my resistance on the elliptical. Plus I noticed my sciatic nerve is killing me after I do the leg press. Just listen to your body.
